Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 6 Bread slices


  • 3 tbsp Arhar dal


  • 3 tbsp chana Dal


  • 3 tbsp Lal masoor dal


  • 3 tbsp Moong Dal


  • 1 Potato


  • 1 Onion


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp rae


  • 1 tsp kadi patta


  • 3 tbsp carrot


  • 3 tbsp capsicum


  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)


  • 1/8 tsp black pepper powder


  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise


  • 1 tsp Green chillies chopped


  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp khatae


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala

Directions

  • A very Healthy version of Sandwich in which i have used lentils along with veggies.
  • Soak all lentils for atleast 3 hours.
  • Take a pan and add water..
  • Cool dals and grind them.
  • In a pan add oil , rae , kadi patta , onions..Saute them. Add dal paste and cook till 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Now add in mashed boiled potatoes.. red chilli powder,dhaniya powder,khatae, garam masala and salt to taste
  • Add in fresh coriander.
  • Cool this mixture And add mayonnaise.
  • Fill it in between breads and make sandwiches.
